thanks. plus we have squash, corn and some green beans n green peppers in the freezer. told cj all we need now is to just stock up on deer meat lol hopin to do a bigger garden next year. with groceries being as high as they r every lil bit helps |

How do you can tomatos?? George planted a garden here and I have been leaving it to him. Now there are so many tomatos that they are spoiling and I can't stand that!! Do I have to put em up in jars or can I freeze em??

what i do is cut the bad spots out and then boil them for about 10 minutes, u can remove all the skins if u want i dont tho lol then put them in hot jars and put lids on and wait for them to seal. really simple to do |

can I put em in freezer bags stead of jars?? and then freeze em? Would I have to wait till they cool?
