Sarah's entire school went on a 3 day camp out at Patrick's point on the coast. It took us 4 hours to drive there. They had school on Friday. We made several long hikes. Man am I feeling it now!!! Here are several cool slide shows from the trip This is the Yurok village where they had school on Friday. It was really interesting. Click for the slide show - - - These are of our camp area. We were already packing up when I took these. Our tent was right behind where George is making coffee and Rochell and Jacob's tent was right in front of where Sarah is balancing on the log. The area was beautiful!! Click for the slide show: These are from the museum at Patricks Point, the camp ground ]we stayed at. Click for slide show. These are from the Humbolt Marine Biology Lab in Trinidad Click for slide show" Aggate beach at Patricks point - this is about a 20 minute hike in and about a 35 minute hike out. You can see how far down the beach is in the first few pics. I was proud of myself, I made the hike down and back out while Sarah and George were playing on the beach! WOW am I sore now!! Click for slide show Last but not least, some misc shots from our trip click for slide show

Thanks ladies and gent. We did have a great time. It was good to have just some Sarah and mom time. She is soooo good to share me with the babies. She needed it and so did I. We only had a twin air mattress and she ended up on it with me!! LOL Talk about closeness!! It was a fun trip. I even made baggie eggs for breakfast burritos. Yum!!! The rest of the trip was PBJs and chips for lunches and hotdogs and beans for dinner. We did bagles and fruit too.
