The opportunity is open to Brazilian and foreign candidates. It is recommended that the candidate has a doctorate in Social Sciences or related areas, with a strong publication history and good performance in spoken and written English. Fellows must conduct theoretical or empirical research in the program, in addition to other regular activities, such as presenting seminars, preparing papers and disseminating research results.
