Jumped a big woods rabbit behind the house this evening, let my Joe dog out and he hammered it for almost an hour and a half. I wound up catching him right before dark because I had to go to town and was afraid to leave him back there with the yotes. When I caught him he had just jumped the rabbit again and was gaining ground. That bunny looked real tired when I saw him run out of the woods and sit for a minute in the path. Next time I'll turn 3 or 4 out on him, but then again that wouldn't be fair.

Theres no rest for the "wicked wabbits" here. I run 'em year round, and any one of my dogs had better run like Joe did last nite or they will find a new home. Don't cost any more to feed a good dog than a bad one. I'm taking 3 out with my buddy tomorrow we should have a real good time if the bunny stays up. ;D
