Thanks Bluedogman for sharing those photos for JD and his game. It looks like he is still gettinrdone..................... I suppose you must check in on this board JD, so hello if you do. Man, that ole lynx all stretched out there sure makes a guy's mouth water. However, that snow looks cold up that way. Maybe it's because we've been in the deep freeze here for over a month with temperature inversions and minus/ at night. Hell sakes, Ole Ike is ready for spring green up and bear man......... I had a guy want a dog the other day cause his old one died and the young ones were having trouble. Generally I don't let one go but this old boy seemed like a good ole boy so we did some trading and ole Ike ended up with a trailer, a sled and dogbox.........now what? ike

Doesn't matter cause I have his email addy if I really wanted to know Johnny.
I had a couple guys called needing a lead dog for their packs because they had lost their older dogs, and I've been feeding nine and just had too may to hunt. I kicked it around for a few weeks and thought having seven dogs that would catch their own lion was probably overkill, and I guess I felt sorry for both of them since they are booking hunters.
It was either give up one of my younger dogs which wouldn't help them any or one of the older ones, so my Sam dog at five coming six years was a good choice. That left me with two-three year olds, a six year old, a eight year old and the two old dogs at ten with two yearlings on the learn.
keep'em treed, ike
