Good pictures Bear. Thanks for posting them. Is that "Brutus" all lit up like a carnival ride. What kind of lighted collar is that?

I love those collars!! Ken goes to the dollar store and gets those light up bracelets and hooks them tot he collar. Cheep but they do glow pretty good. Just not as bright as a light. I didn't know a coon's eyes glowed after it was dead!!! COOL!

Those collars seem to have a glowing antenna-like thing on them in the pictures. I've never seen one to inspect it. Do they hold up under rough hunting conditions..mud, water, dirt or thick brush? Looks like the glowing part could catch it being extended like it is.

Johnny, that is just a reflector on the ant.You can get em for a buck or two.I run the magnum lighted collars also.Have been usin them since late last winter. The only problem we've had with is we have to put them on backwards(front light toward dog)If we dont the dog will break that light when stickin their head out the rig holes in our boxes.

OK ... I was looking at the wrong thing! I think I understand what you are saying. I don't think I see the magnum collars in the pictures unless that is one of them on the walker dog. I'm not sure if it is the collar light or the reflection of the camera flash on the battery part of a tracking collar.. The light is on the bottom of the collar I assume. I had a lighted collar I bought at petsmart. It didn't last one night. They have to be tough to stand what a hound dog will do to them. I haven't seen any damage to my sunburst saturns yet.
