mom walleye as good a table fare as one can find in the fish family be it salt or fresh water, these fish are fresh water fish, walleye should be pan fryed or with a light batter deep fryed, I like both methods, but would have to say pan fryed is best, these fish do not have any nasty fishy taste to them like carp and catfish and bass have or adult salmon, wish you and your family was closer id treat you to a feed of them, have a great day...

I usually don't eat fish. Ken makes a mean fried cat fish and some of his bass I can eat. Love tuna and Shrimp though!

Wow!! that is some good looking fish.I have never caught or eaten that kind. My favorite down here in Texas is Crappie. I have a big Pond stocked with channel cats. Th are pretty good eating. I feed them every other day.Pond is real low right now due to no rain and the fish would not taste as good.

bigtimber these fish come out of the biggest fresh water lake in the world, we do have crappie here but not many, if I can get into the crappie I do eat the for sure, I mostly fish for walleye, yellow lake perch and lake whitefish to eat, I fish salmon for bait, salmon eggs make great whitefish bait and we fed the salmon we take the eggs from to the raccoons, have a great day...
