just wanted to ask you if you neww anywhere i could pick up a good hound for the way i hunt.my old dog is almost 11 and is getting left behind in the races very quickly now so i need to find me a dog i can drop on a cold track in the snow and can get it jumped so i can retire my old guy.just curious if you new any for sale or new somebody you would trust to get a dog from.i am going to iowa the first week in june so if i dont find something,i am sure i can there.thanks.Darrell

I will check around, good cold trackers are hard to find, you are welcome to borrow mine as I am on medical furlow from hunting. I will check around to see if anyone has one for sale. I am off work this week recovering from surgery so will have time to go visit and see what some of the guys have.

thanks,just keep your eyes open for me.as for your dogs thanks for the offer but hunting is pretty much done here for the winter so i will pass on them.thanks though.just seems like every year about this time people start moving some pretty good dogs since they dont want to feed them all summer so just figured i would let you no i am looking so if you run across something.Darrell

Ok, I'll keep my eyes and ears open, be careful now, it is also the time of year when people unload the ones that were mediocre during the hunting season. Lets try to meet at the pen sometime this spring. At what age do you think Whitedogs new pups will start "ticking up"

with this snow shot,just let me no what pen and when you want to do it and i will plan on it.i agree about the mediocre dogs,thats why i wont buy another unless i no the person,dog or trust the person who no's the person or dog.
